How do I make an order?

If you'd like to place an order and live nearby, drop in and see us - you'll find directions and our opening hours here.

If you don't, no problem. We send orders out to customers all over the UK and around the world. You can:

1. Call us on 01899 220600.

We're open Monday to Saturday from 10.30am to 5pm, and 12pm-5pm on Sundays in December. If we're not there when you call, just leave us a message and we'll get back to you lickety-split.

2. Email us at hello@merryandbrightgifts.com

Put "Customer Enquiry" in your message heading so we know to open it right away.

3. Fill in our contact form

What are my payment options if I can't visit the store?

You can pay for your order using most major credit or debit cards, or we can send you a Paypal invoice. We'll also give you a bespoke shipping quote.
