Where do you deliver?
We ship throughout the UK and internationally.
How much does delivery cost and when will my order arrive?
We do our best to keep delivery prices as low as we can. In the UK we offer these shipping rates:
Orders over £75 qualify for free first class standard delivery.
Orders weighing up to 2kg - first class standard delivery is £4.00.
Orders weighing between 2 kg and 5 kg - first class standard delivery is £6.00.
Standard deliveries take up to two working days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping options. Orders made before 4pm will usually be dispatched the same day.
Orders weighing up to 1 kg - special next day delivery is £8.45.
Orders weighing between 1kg and 2kg - special next day delivery is £11.00.
International standard delivery
Orders can take between 8 days and 4 weeks to arrive. Customs duties and additional fees may apply to international orders. Please check with your local customs office for more details.
0.01kg to 0.25kg - £4.75.
0.251kg - 0.5kg - £7.45.
0.501kg - 0.75kg - £10.15.
0.751 - 1kg - £12.85.
1.001kg - 1.25kg - £15.55.
1.251kg - 1.5kg - £18.25.
1.501kg - 1.75kg - £20.95.
1.751kg - 2kg - £23.65.

Will my delivery arrive on time?
We do everything we can to make sure your delivery arrives when it should, but occasionally parcels can be delayed due to reasons outwith our control.
What happens if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?
If you're not in when your delivery arrives (and it's too big to fit through your letterbox or needs a signature) the delivery person will leave you a card to say what happens next. You can usually either arrange for your package to be redelivered, or you can collect it.
Can I have free shipping?
If you spend over £75, your order will automatically qualify for free standard delivery in the UK. Otherwise, we do occasionally offer free shipping as part of a promotion. The best way to stay in the loop is to join our mailing list (just fill in the form at the foot of this page) and we'll let you know you when we're picking up the tab for shipping.
What happens to the postage charges I paid if I cancel my order?
If you're in the European Union and you cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving your goods, we'll refund the standard postage price you paid for that delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for an express or premium service, we'll only refund cost of standard delivery. You have to pay the costs of sending the item back to us. We won't refund any postage charge if you cancel your order after fourteen days have passed, or if you only cancel part of it. You still have 60 days to return your goods and receive a refund for them.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a no-quibble, 60-day refund policy. You can return an item within 3 months and receive either a full refund (excluding the postal charges, as we talked about above,) or an exchange. If you discover an item is faulty, or it doesn't perform in the way you reasonably expect within the first six months, we'll give you your money back. We're confident about the products we sell - we want you to be too.
What if I want to return something?
No problem. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a note of what you'd like to return and why. When we receive your items, we'll send you a refund or an exchange - whatever you prefer.

Please stick your own address on the back of your parcel (better safe than sorry,) and address it to:

It's always a smart idea to get proof of postage when returning a delivery.
